01Service scope & project instructions

THE THESIS PRO provides academic research support, research planning, writing and editing assistance, proofreading, data and software consultation, and training within the topic, academic level, format, page or word count and deliverables approved in the individual quotation or project agreement.

Any guidance, sample text or editorial draft must be used in a manner permitted by the client’s institution. The client remains responsible for genuine research work, authorship representations, required citations, institutional approvals and final submission.

02Complete thesis package — where selected

The following inclusions apply only when the client explicitly selects and receives written confirmation of the Complete Thesis Package. Other packages may have fewer or different deliverables.

The client should provide the proposed topics and academic instructions for each included research paper at the agreed planning milestone. Any additional thesis pages, manuscript rounds, presentations, progress reports or other extras require a separate written quotation.

03Quotations, page counts & additional charges

The total fee is individually discussed and confirmed in the quotation. It depends on the academic level, topic, page or word count, complexity, deadline and included services.

• If the approved page or word count increases, a revised quotation may apply. No new charge is added without informing the client and obtaining approval.
• Changes in topic, structure, formatting requirements, discipline, scope or new supervisor instructions outside the original brief may require additional fees.
• Paid software, licence subscriptions, licensed tools, special computing resources and third-party charges are separately disclosed, as applicable, before the client accepts an updated price.

04Chapter advances, instalments & file release

For a chapter-wise thesis package, our standard proposed schedule is a minimum ₹2,000 advance before work begins on each chapter and a ₹2,000 chapter-completion instalment, unless the personal quotation specifies different amounts.

A file may be released after its relevant agreed milestone payment is confirmed. Remaining agreed charges become payable at the final-draft milestone, before release of the complete final set of deliverable files. THE THESIS PRO will notify the client, typically through the agreed WhatsApp or email channel, and may provide a few privacy-safe preview screenshots of completed deliverables before final release. The complete agreed files are released after the applicable balance is verified.

If payment is late, the release date may move accordingly. Payment links or QR codes, when used, are shared privately with the client in a quotation, invoice or verified message—not as an unrestricted public checkout.

05Payment confirmation & transaction records

Clients should share the transaction reference / UTR number after payment so the payment can be verified. A payment screenshot may also be shared if helpful, but sensitive account information should be concealed where possible.

A screenshot by itself does not confirm successful payment; the payment must be verified through the actual bank or payment provider before files are released. All payment-related communications should identify the quotation or Project ID.

06Delivery schedule & client-caused delays

Delivery dates are mutually agreed before work begins. THE THESIS PRO plans chapter-wise delivery before the agreed deadline where feasible to create time for supervisor feedback, proofreading and revisions.

Late instructions, missing material, delayed guide comments, scope changes or overdue instalments may require the project timeline to be revised. Any change to an agreed schedule should be communicated promptly. Early delivery is a scheduling aim, not a promise that external academic approval can be accelerated.

07Chapter-wise delivery & supervisor feedback

Thesis support is organized into separate chapter milestones where agreed. The client can share a completed chapter with their supervisor while subsequent approved work continues. Client-provided guide feedback may be reviewed and addressed in parallel with future chapters.

Revisions based on the original instructions and documented guide feedback are included within the agreed revision arrangement. We work toward resolving that feedback, but cannot guarantee that a supervisor will approve a document or set a final approval date. Changes to topic, data, research design or original scope may require additional time and an updated quotation.

08Proofreading, originality checks & AI-related reports

Projects covered by our three-level review process are checked by our dedicated proofreading team for language quality, clarity, consistency, presentation and citations, as agreed for the service.

Similarity or plagiarism checking and responsible reduction support may be provided, including citation corrections and original rewriting where appropriate. Turnitin and DrillBit reports are available as specified in the individual quotation and subject to authorized service access.

09Document formatting & reference requirements

The client must provide their university’s prescribed structure, template, referencing style, page layout, preferred chapter order and any other mandatory instructions before formatting begins.

Reasonable corrections needed to meet the originally supplied format will be discussed and addressed under the agreed revision terms. Repeated changes to the format or entirely new templates after work starts may require a revised fee and timeline.

10Cancellation and refund review

Because consultancy and chapter-based editorial work can begin promptly, fees attributable to work already performed, approved work stages and non-recoverable authorized expenses may not be refundable after that work begins.

However, cancellation and refund requests will be reviewed case by case with reference to work completed, amounts paid, any failure to provide agreed services and applicable consumer law. This policy does not exclude any non-waivable statutory right. Any eligible refund decision and supporting calculation will be communicated in writing.

11Client responsibilities & academic integrity

The client agrees to provide accurate project instructions and timely academic materials, respond to questions, review drafts, identify factual errors, and verify sources and citations before submission.

Clients must follow their institution’s academic integrity and AI-use rules. The services are intended to support the client’s learning and research, and should not be represented as independently authored work where this would violate institutional requirements. THE THESIS PRO cannot assume responsibility for dishonest, unauthorized or misleading use of supplied materials.

12Confidentiality, documents & authorized staff

We aim to keep personal information, research drafts, guide comments and project records confidential and do not resell or repurpose a client's original research materials.

Documents may be accessed by authorized writers, dedicated proofreaders, project managers and necessary vetted service providers to deliver the agreed work, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures. Details of retention, security and any third-party handling are addressed in the Privacy Policy.

13Project IDs, official channels & complaints

To maintain a reliable record, project instructions, changes, milestone approvals, revision requests and payment confirmations should be communicated through email, the customer portal when active, or a designated business messaging channel.

14Journal selection & publication guidance

We provide advisory help only for suitable journal selection, manuscript preparation, formatting requirements and understanding submission processes or editorial feedback.

THE THESIS PRO does not publish papers, guarantee acceptance or indexing, collect journal charges, or manage publication fees. Any applicable publisher or journal fees must be paid directly by the author to the relevant provider. Please read our Journal Selection & Submission Guidance policy.

15Acceptance of individual project terms

Browsing or submitting a free inquiry does not automatically commit a visitor to purchasing services.

For paid work, the client should receive a personalized written quote or statement of work setting out deliverables, page count, stage-wise amounts, payment milestones, expected delivery schedule, revision policy and applicable charges. The client’s explicit agreement to these terms should be recorded before a confirmed paid project starts.

Any additional scope or fee later requires clear communication and client approval. The customer portal acceptance workflow will be implemented during backend development.

16Changes to these terms & contact

These Terms & Conditions are an editorial draft prepared for the planned website. We will publish a finalized effective date after confirming our legal business details, actual payment and refund workflow, dispute resolution procedures, security practices and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
