From a research idea
to a scholarly voice.
Practical coaching · Feedback · Independent skills
Learn with guidance.
Write with independence.
Whether you are beginning your first postgraduate project or developing a journal-ready manuscript, our training focuses on understanding the process—not simply producing a document. Mentors can explain techniques, give feedback on your own drafts and help you develop habits you can continue using.
Sessions may be organized as individual mentoring, focused skill clinics or small-group workshops, subject to availability and an agreed scope. Any assignments or assessed submissions must remain the learner’s own work.

Improve with feedback.
THE THESIS PRO reports a team of more than 250 writers and a separate proofreading team. When a training package includes a written editorial deliverable, the agreed document goes through our three-level proofreading process.
We aim to schedule feedback milestones before agreed deadlines to leave time for revisions. Training is not a substitute for university supervision or independent academic work.

Before your
first session.
We help you choose a suitable learning focus and understand what the coaching can and cannot provide.
Do you offer personalized mentoring for my research topic?
Yes. Explain your academic level, research area and learning goals. We propose a plan after discussing your requirements and the expertise available.
Can I start with a free discussion?
A brief inquiry and initial discussion are free. Detailed mentoring sessions and specialized academic consultations are paid and quoted separately.
Can beginners join writing training?
Yes. Workshops can cover fundamentals for postgraduate and early-stage researchers as well as advanced skills for PhD scholars.
Will you write my graded assignment for me?
No. Mentoring focuses on guidance, instruction and feedback so students can prepare and submit their own academic work in line with institutional rules.
Is there one-to-one training or group training?
Both formats may be available. We confirm availability, scheduling, duration and the specific learning goals in the quotation.
Can you teach referencing and citation styles?
Yes. We offer citation coaching in commonly used styles and practical instruction in paraphrasing, attribution and bibliography preparation.
Does mentorship include Turnitin or DrillBit reports?
Similarity reporting may be included in a separately agreed editorial service where authorized access is available; it is not automatically part of every training session.
Can you guarantee publication, marks or acceptance?
No. Training supports academic skill development, but results and editorial decisions depend on many factors outside our control.
What research skill
would you like to build?
Tell us your academic level, subject, current challenge, preferred learning format and timeline. We will review your needs and prepare a personalized quotation. A short initial discussion is free; detailed academic mentoring is paid.
